1. Does clip studio have the necessary animation features to create a “whiteboard animation”?
Import a drawing and make it appear like it is drawn by hand.
If yes, how ? And what version should I use ? Thanks !

10 days agoGoogle Translate is unclear and I don't understand the meaning of the answer, but the "vector" I mentioned is just an example of application, not the core of the issue.
Whether it's vector or raster, the fact remains that drawing is done for each animation frame.
