How do you set the brush’s size and opacity?

I can’t find a way, or a menu place, where I can change the size and opacity of a selected brush. Please, would someone tell (as if I was 5 years old.

28 days agoThere is an item in the brush tool property or sub tool details.
If you cannot find a palette such as Tool Properties, check the appropriate item in the top window menu.
