Reloading Deleated Material

I have deleated material that said it was reloaded, so deleat and reload. I did that and now I can not reaload. The message that comes up still keeps saying to deleat, and don't let me reload. I made sure to deleat all the 9 items that was uploaded with the item, I can not understand why I can not reaload the item.
