Keyboard shortcuts do not work with the Galaxy Tab. Please help..ㅠㅠ

I want to connect a Bluetooth keyboard to my Galaxy Tab and use it, but the shortcut keys are the default modifier keys like ctrl+z, but the shortcut keys don't work. It's not an IME issue because it's a pad, and it doesn't work no matter how many times I press the Korean/English key. Please help me.
