Downloaded PRO instead of EX.

I recently downloaded CSP. It downloaded the PRO version despite me owning the EX version. The serial number I was e-mailed back when I bought EX doesn't seem to be working.
I only noticed because I went to work on an animation and couldn't surpass 24 frames.
Help? I can't find anything about how to fix this.
