Install Clip Studio EX 3.0.2 update version

hello!
I'm trying to install the updated version of Clip Studio EX 3.0.2. Do I need to delete the existing version 3.0 and then install it?
I purchased the permanent version of Clip Studio EX to learn how to draw as a hobby, but I'm not really concerned about the number of authentications and such.

★ I received a reply from CLP that they are not reinstalling on another PC and that there is a limit to the number of authentication times when reinstalling even on a previously used PC. Isn't this too much to do?
Are you saying that CLP does not have the basic IT technology to distinguish PCs with the same IP address and the same hardware information? Is that so?

After purchasing EX 2.0 version last December, when I formatted the C drive and reinstalled Clip Studio EX early this year, an eerie warning message appeared saying that the number of authentications was limited.
When I saw that, I got scared and asked if there was a limit to authentication for reinstalling on the same PC. If so, I asked how many times I could reinstall, and they said they couldn't tell me that for security reasons.
No, why can't you teach me that? Also, it's not about transferring to another PC, but formatting the PC you're using and reinstalling on it, so what kind of software has such an absurd rule that restricts this?

When asked how to format a PC, the respondent said to install and use it on a PC that is not being formatted. So are you telling me to buy another PC specifically for Clip Studio Paint? CLP employees are all well off, so I don't know how many high-performance PCs they have at home, but most users don't.
Why does the average person need more than one high-performance PC?

Also, you were asked to obtain more licenses if you want to install and use it on multiple PCs. is it so. If CLP gives me a PC, I will gladly purchase one more license. The only computer I have on which I am writing this question is this PC with Clip Studio Paint installed.
But, for a company with the level of technology of CLP, if you just decide to distinguish whether the PC you are trying to reinstall Clip Studio Paint on is the same as the PC you used before, wouldn't it be a piece of cake???

Please do not limit the number of authentication times if the IP address and PC information are the same. If this really has a huge property value, I would like to file a lawsuit to correct this unfairness.
If a CLP official who is not a Clip Studio user asks this question, it would be a good idea to think about whether any of the programs you use place restrictions on authentication even when reinstalling on the same PC.

Suppose that the Windows OS you use has restrictions on installation authentication, and you don't know how many times you need to reinstall it to prevent authentication. So, I contacted MS and the answer I received was that they couldn't tell me that for security reasons... How absurd would it be?
The shock I got back then was exactly the same!
With one license, you can continue to use Windows no matter how many times you change your PC, so I feel like MS is like an angel.

Although I am a complete beginner who cannot even draw my fingers properly yet, I am a complete beginner who only knows Clip Studio when it comes to paint programs. However, paint programs (including not only paint programs but all PC programs existing in the world) have authentication restrictions even when reinstalled on the same PC. I think there is nothing like this on earth.

Anyway... I don't use it often, but I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me if I need to delete the existing version 3.0 and then install it in order to update to version 3.0.2.
If it were any other program, I wouldn't ask questions like this and would of course install it after deleting the existing version, but since it is a program that has a limit on the number of authentications, I'm asking this question out of fear of being annoyed by deleting 3.0 and installing 3.0.2 because authentication is blocked and I can't do this or that. Yes ㅠ

★ “Please delete the existing version and install it!” Instead of answering like this, "The update has nothing to do with the number of authentications, so please feel free to delete the existing version and install it." I would appreciate it if you could answer with a clear phrase like ^^
