I bought the Pro on an iPad.
I was expecting a screen like the first image, but my screen is like the second image. I find it inconvenient that the color wheel is not displayed in the bottom left. All the instruction videos have a screen like the first image, so it's a little hard to understand.
Is this because I bought the Pro, the iPad, or because of an update?
If there is a way to change the screen to the first image, please let me know.

There are several workspace presets with basic palette arrangements in the top menu "Window" -> "Workspace", so you may want to try them out.
