How to reactivate my clip studio after I lost my computer?

The computer that was using my permanent version of clip studio paint has been damaged permanetly, so I'm unable to use it. So I found another computer to use, but the problem is that I dont know how to get my permanent version back, since even when I write my original activation code, it says it alredy has been registered...
Does anyone know of a solution to this?
