How can I prevent the selected part from becoming blurry when it is reduced and then enlarged?

13 days agoRaster is not a vector, if you reduce it the quality will drop. If you enlarge it, the quality will drop. If you enlarge an already bad quality raster, it will get even worse. Take it into account and draw accordingly while trying to use little transformation.
You can freely transform only objects and vectors.- English
