Hi guys, I got an activation code for ClipStudio Paint 3.0.
It requires a total of 12 or 13 characters. But my code itself has 15 characters.
How can I solve the problem?

9 days agoIf you can't do it like the FAQ here, I think it would be quicker to scroll down the page and ask the official support directly.

first of all, thanks for your answers.
I have solved the problem, the code was accepted in the drawing program itself. It didn't work on the Clip Studio website itself
or in "Clip Studio Start" under "Use activation code".
OK, I would say that the issue is now resolved.
