How do I transfer downloaded materials when changing devices?

I copied the Celsys folder from my old computer and moved it to my new computer. However, even when I run Clip Studio on my new computer, I cannot find the materials I moved. What should I do? Is there a way to transfer the brushes organized in the material folder or sub tool window that I created on my previous computer to a new computer?
