Cannot open purchased app

Recently purchased but I cannot open it. Any help would be great.

    Do you have any other information to provide? If you were able to go to ASK, I'm assuming you can open the Clip Studio Start page. Is it that CSP won't open when you press "Draw" in the top left corner?
    If so, try resetting the settings by opening it while pressing shift (if on windows) or try reinstalling because it may not have been installed correctly.
    But that's about all the insight I can provide with the information you have provided. Sorry if this wasn't as helpful as you may have been hoping TwT.

    For clarification: I cannot open the app. I have tried to redownload it three separate times and the desktop app will not open. I am asking this question through the website to try and find help. After I download it, i try to open it and the app refuses to open. I have also reset the computer with each download.
