Hi all! I was drawing an illustration, and accidentally clicked “Do not save” instead of saving. I drew on an iPad pro, version of Clip Studio Paint EX. Is it possible to recover the file?

Hi! I'm sorry, but I don't think saving the file is possible anymore. You can check if you have your auto save feature on by going to [files], then [preferences], and finally [file]. This will back up your canvas if Clip Studio Paint crashes unexpectedly. However, even if you have this enabled, if you click "do not save", it will automatically delete your automatically saved files. You can try contacting CSP support but unfortunately I think there is only so much they can do to help as well.
I will link the official support for recovering lost or corrupted files, and if you don't see the question you wish to ask, simply press "I can't find the answer to my question here. (Proceed to contact form)". This will allow you to directly send an inquiry. I sincerely hope you are able to recover your lost file.
