Easier way to use 3d assets/models in csp animation?

I use Clip Studio to make story boards and animatics. Is there anyway I could easily use 3D in my animation? I make my own backgrounds and such for my animations, but I can't figure out Blender animation, and drawing in Blender is evil. But also, clip studio can't handel playing any video file I import, so animating just the 3D elemnts in another program isn't an option for me.

I know clip studio animation can't read 3D layers. But I know I could do a type of stop motion with the 3D models. I just don't know how to automate the process to turn the 3D layer into a flat image layer but still have the 3D model layer be unaffected. Is there any way I could make an auto action, is there already an auto action? Is there a shortcut?

I've discovered how to automate this!
Layer > Visible to merge layer.
Everything on your visible canvas will be turned into a flat image on another layer, leaving all other layers alone.
