scale/rotation, mesh transform, and other transform tools are not working. did a fresh restart and even reinstalled but nothing worked so far. anyone having the same issue?

Hi! You simply need to reset your default settings. To do this, open the actual Clip Studio app. From there, Click on "Draw" while holding down shift (on windows). This may look different depending the version. The draw button is on version 3.0, but if you have version 2.0 or 1.0, I believe it should say something along the lines of "Open Clip Studio Paint" or just "Clip Studio Paint"/"Paint". From there, you can select what you would like to reset. It has nothing to do with your brushes, therefore you don't have to select to reset those, but if you don't know the cause, you can backup your materials to save for later and then proceed to reset everything. Sorry if this was confusing lol- I tend to use a lot of run on sentences trying to clarify myself but begin to make myself seem even more confusing. Hope this helps though haha!

This problem is complicated to deal with, so if the method quoted from the link does not improve it, it is better to ask for support for help.

1. Close CLIP STUDIO PAINT and CLIP STUDIO.

2. Change the name of the [CLIPStudioPaintVer1_5_0] folder below to [1CLIPStudioPaintVer1_5_0] and check if you can transform it.

C:\Users\(Login User Name)\Documents\CELSYS\CLIPStudioPaintVer1_5_0

3. If the change in [2] does not improve the problem, close the software,
and change the [CELSYS] folder above it to [1CELSYS] and check if you can transform it.

C:\Users\(Login User Name)\Documents\CELSYS

4. If the change in [3] does not improve the situation, close the software,
and rename the [CLIPStudioPaint] folder below to [1CLIPStudioPaint],
and check if you can transform it.
*You will need to use your serial number for authentication when starting the software, so please have it ready.

C:\Users\(Login User Name)\AppData\Roaming\CELSYS\CLIPStudioPaint

*If [AppData] or [AppData] is not displayed, open [Control Panel] → [Customize Desktop] → [Folder Options], and enable the [Show hidden files, folders, and drives] radio button in the [Advanced Settings] list on the [View] tab, then click the [Apply] button.
