I want to change my mouse wheel from zooming to scrolling

I have a desktop tablet.
I have a mouse connected so I'm using it, but the tablet (Intuos) wheel zooms in and out, so I'd like the mouse wheel to scroll.
I scroll when using the Internet or Word outside of Clip Studio Paint, but for some reason it only zooms in and out within Clip Studio Paint.
Is there a setting I can make somewhere?

    There is no setting.

You'll either need to buy a high-performance mouse or use the ctrl, alt, shift keys + wheel.

Can you only scroll up and down, can you scroll sideways too?

If you get an IntuosPro, you can scroll by touch, so it might be worth upgrading.

Correction: The Intuos (CTH-480, CTH-680, CTH-490, CTH-690) had touch screens.

Thank you for your answer! I'm making a webtoon comic, so I use a lot of scrolling from the name onwards.
I wanted to fix it to zoom in and out on the tablet and scroll on the mouse, but it seems impossible, so I'll get around it by switching the wheel on the tablet!
    Thank you very much.

You may have already done this, but

you can go to "File" → "Decorative Key Settings", select "Common Settings", check the "Mouse Wheel" item,

and from there change "Control View" to "Vertical Scroll" and use it.

Thank you Yunao for your reply.
I tried it, and it seems that the mouse wheel and the Intuos wheel are linked in the settings, so when you scroll with the wheel, the board scrolls automatically as well.
Thank you for looking into it!
