Why can I see my lineart through my colour even when everything is at 100% opacity

I'm currently working on forground details. In particular, grassblades overtop of my lineart and colours. However, for some reason the grass is slightly see through and changes colour depending on the colour beneath it. Including my lineart. However, everything is at 100% opacity, the pen, the layer. I'm not sure whats happening.

What about brush density and brush mode?

Figured out why! Idk why I didn't think of this, I suppose I forgot it was there. But the reason why it was doing this was because it was underneath an overlay layer that didn't cover the entire picture, only one of the characters and the line art apparently, which was unintentional. Anyway I put the foreground details over top of the overlay and that fixed the issue-- My bad!
