impossible d'exporter l'animation

I have an animation 2min30 long but it does not export correctly. The file can only be found in recent files but does not open (file not found or damaged) and contains 0 bytes. I tried in MP4 and AVI format but neither works. I have Windows 11 and CSP ex. If anyone has a solution, thank you very much!!
