I can't get the 30 hours free on my iPhone back. Please help.

I am using the iPhone version of Crysta. The 30-hour free trial doesn't come back even after the month has changed. I bought the annual Crysta Pro plan last month, but does that mean I can no longer use the 30-hour free trial?

"I want to use the ex functions" - is that a question you asked after the fact? You should have said you wanted the iPhone PRO version from the beginning.
Since you're already using the retail version, I don't think you'll be using the free version.
How about paying monthly for the iPhone ex monthly plan for the period you need?
