CLIP STUDIO in general has suddenly become slow

Since the beginning of May, it has suddenly become very slow to start up, and even after starting up, it is so slow that I cannot draw.
It freezes every time I select a tool.
My environment is Windows 11 Pro, 128 RAM, 2TB SSD, and plenty of space. It is CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX.
The symptoms do not change even after reinstalling.
It was working normally up until now.
This is sudden and I am very troubled.
Could someone please give me some advice?
