My downloaded materials and projects do not appear

Please help...I recently fixed a problem with my account, but my projects were deleted along with all downloaded materials. I don't have a problem with that because I planned to delete everything and start again, the problem is that now every time I try to download something, the app restarts, and every time I enter the application again, no downloads or recent projects appear, just a blank sheet. Materials are marked as already downloaded... I work via a tablet.
