Touch shortcut suddenly cannot zoom in, zoom out and rotate

I used to be able to use two fingers to zoom in and out and rotate when I was drawing, but now it suddenly doesn't work. I can't undo it even if I point with two fingers. I also checked the settings of my touch screen, but no problem
