5 years agoThis happens to me sometimes when the clip studio app is left open and idle, try closing it out and re-launching. If that doesn't work just give your pc/laptop a quick restart and it should clear up.

5 years agoI figured out a workaround. Unfortunately neither closing and reopening or rebooting my PC worked for me. However, going directly to the website using my web browser (Chrome) instead of through the Clip Studio application and logging in there works just fine. Thanks to everyone for the help though!
