"Sign in required" when I am already signed in

I am trying to download free assets from Clip Studio, but everytime I click "Download" I receive the message "Sign in required." I am already signed in. What am I missing?

5 years agoBasic operation is possible even without CLIP STUDIO sign in.
It is normal to sign out and try signing in only when you want to download the necessary materials How is it?

5 years agoI figured out a workaround. Unfortunately neither closing and reopening or rebooting my PC worked for me. However, going directly to the website using my web browser (Chrome) instead of through the Clip Studio application and logging in there works just fine. Thanks to everyone for the help though!
