XP-PEN Tablet Dual Monitor Issues

Hey I've had this problem in the past and where there was a way to fix it back then it seems like nothings working now. I have a dual display, my tablet is my main monitor and above me is another monitor and they are extended displays. Ever since the update (or god knows why else) my tablet decided to go wonky and detect the second monitor as an extension to the first. I can't keep my cursor on the monitor without it wandering onto monitor 2 and honestly I'm getting really frustrated. It seems to only happen when I open CSP so thats why I'm posting this here. I'll list what I have done so I get get suggestions of what I can do

1) I did install the new tablet driver
2) I did roll back window's update which worked last time but isn't working now
3) I did go to preferences and specifically say only to use monitor 1 but it doesn't want to listen
4) I tried going full tablet PC mode but it caused my shortcut buttons to act up and the eyedropper tool to malfunction
5) I did try going back to a previous version and/or uninstalling it altogether (this applies to both the tablet driver and CSP)
6) I did manually change the settings in the tablet's driver options

I'm at a lost for what to do now. I really like watching netflix while drawing and tbh it would be a pain to have to unplug my second monitor every time I wanted to use CSP

PS I have the 22HD version NOT the new "Pro" version so different drivers entirely :(

Hi, I had a similar issue with my XP-pen tablet when using it.
It would sometimes start ignoring my tablet settings while drawing.
To fix this, I simply restarted the tablet service:
    - Open Task Manager
    - Go to 'Services' tab at the end
    - Find a service named 'Wintab'
    - Right-click and choose 'Restart'

Try and see if it works.
