How can I add a folder to my animation layers?

Ok well, to achieve a camera zoom in or out I need to have a folder with all my animation layers but I don’t know how to do that. I need some help, I’ll put some examples so you can see what I want to achieve. Also the examples are someone else’s but not mine.
