Pen sylus buttons reset

So up until now the lower button on my wacom pen was used for the Hand tool, but for some reason it no longer switches to the Hand tool. I tried using Configure key settings and changed cmd: change tool temporarily (Hand), but when i tried it nothing worked. Please help, I miss being able to move my canvas effieciently T_T
