3.0.2 update file failed to download?

I tried this multiple times, I am fairly certain my internet connection is stable. I'm currently on CSP 3.0.0 EX version perpetual licence. I gave up in the Clip studio start application and decided to use the web browser. it seemed to have stopped at 111MB for some inexplictable reason CSP_302w_setup.exe for the web browser file and idk what went wrong with the one within the Clip studio start application.
Is this update critical or can I forgo this update? I'm a bit flustered.

    This is just your opinion. I can't judge if this is true or not.
    On my PC, the 440MB update took about 2 minutes to download.
    If you want dark mode in the Portal app, this update is a must.

    Thanks. It worked this time by pure luck (I didn't change my method of installation). Thankfully this update is not a security update and only cosmetic so it's not urgent. ありがとうございます
