I bought CSP a long time ago and never used it. I finally got a new PC that can run it but I forgot my password
So i tried resetting it and never received the email on either emails no matter what i do its just not showing up and I already own it so I'm not buying it again I cant afford to
Can someone please tell me why I'm not receiving my email or how to retrieve my serial number
I have the bank statement to prove i bought it but cant find the email they sent please help

If you purchased long ago, will it be long before the email arrived?
Why didn't you want to keep it at that time?
After all, there are only users in the user community, so you can't handle your serial number (?).
Consult user support.

4 years agoThere is a reason why the mail doesn't arrive, but other people don't know if it was lost or not.
If you have a bank statement, show it to support and ask if you can confirm the serial number.
