Can the amount of textures and brush textures freeze a cloud backup?

I noticed that ever since I installed a two new brush sets which each had a few hundred brushes. Clip Studio Cloud back-up gives me the MacOS rainbow wheel and the software show "not responding" in the finder.
I have reverted from 1.10.3 down to 1.10.1. with the same issue occurring.
