How to migrate .clip and .cmc files from other directory

I have a collection of .clip and .cmc files which are outside of the Clip Studio "manage works" area. They are in a different directory on the computer. I would like to add them to the "manage works" area and sync them with the cloud. Is there a way to do that?

I have tried drag and drop. I have tried import. I have tried export. I have tried Save As. It looks like I cannot copy the files directly over to the "This device" directories, as the directory names are generated specifically by Clip Studio.

The "Manage Works"/"Works" area is basically just shortcuts to the files, wherever they are saved on your computer. It isn't a special CSP folder, nor does the program search or monitor for .clip/.cmc files. It puts them there when you save them in Paint. If you move them and they show up as "Not Found", you can reconnect the link to them.

The problem is that, since they aren't in the same directory structure on the drive, they are not available to sync to cloud. On the computer where I'm trying to sync, there are no "Not Found" files in "Manage Works". However, I will try it from another computer where the original collection was synced (via Adobe CC) and see if I can reestablish links from there. If those links can be fixed, then I should be able to sync them to cloud. I was hoping for a "drag and drop" feature that allowed me to drag into the Clip Studio cloud.
