I downloaded through the asset gallery a brush set with a big quantity of brushes (like more than 50) and my program did not respond well, I could not open clip studio paint anymore. So now I want to delete this brush set but I cant, I select the set and click in delete and nothing happens.
Earlier I tried to delete them manually in the files (Documents\CELSYS\CLIPStudioCommon/Material), I deleted all the files from today (the day I downloaded the brush set), but nothing changed and I don't know if I made it worse?? Someone help please

Have you tried relaunching ClipStudio? Or rebooting your computer, and then launching ClipStudio?
Also, do you have the latest version of CSP (v. 1.10.12)
    ---
If relaunching won't help, here's one way to solve the issue that I know:
Open ClipStudio. In the upper right corner, click on the gear icon. Select "Maintenance Menu". Select "Organize materials".
What it does is (I quote): "Restores and repairs materials when the material information data etc. displayed in the PAINT "Materia palette" is corrupted. If successful, the material will be displayed normally; if it fails, an error message will be displayed."
Afterwards, you should be able to delete the brush set.

Please keep us updated if it worked

I tried to delete it using the Maintenance Menu but the error message appeared. Luckily, now my Clip Studio Paint opens and functions normally, but I still can't reach this brushes, they can't be deleted through either apps.
As you can see in the image the brushes don't appear and can't be deleted, this only happened to this brush set.

Tyr redownloading the brush set. Since you have deleted it manually from the computer, the CSP can't see it anymore. But, maybe the temporary files are still left over, causing for the empty folder to be displayed.

What error message did you have?

    This is the error message.
I can try redownload the brush set, but I'm afraid it will cause the same problems again (clip studio paint not opening)

Normally, you'd have a pop-up warning when you download a material. If ClipStudio still recognizes the presence of the material, the you will have a warning saying something like: "the material you're trying to download is already registered on your device, would you like to overwrite the data?" In that case, it would be apparent that the material is still present on your device.

Anyway, I understand your worries. You don't have to try redownloading if you don't want to. I don't know if it would improve the situation

Here are further tips I can offer:
    - restart your device if you have not tried already
    - you can try resetting additional materials (from the maintenance menu)
    - you may try resetting ClipStudio entirely (this will erase everything - preferences included)
    - you may try reinstalling ClipStudio

Alternatively, you can take neither of these approaches, and contact the Support Team directly. I am putting the link below. If you manage to solve the problem, please share the solution so it may help other users as well:

When writing, please attach the screenshots of this error message as well.

    Good luck
