I'm a beginner who recently started using Clip Studio Paint.
When I try to open a certain work (file) from the work list, the app screen crashes.
I can open other works without any problems.
(I checked the size of the work I can't open and it was lighter than the other works)
I'm sorry if this explanation is difficult to understand.
If there is any way to deal with this, I would appreciate it if you could teach me.

10 days agoIf you have recent backups on the CLIP STUDIO cloud, another cloud service, or an external storage device, please check whether you can open those as well.
There was a topic recently about an iPad user with a similar problem, but as it says here, why not leave the original file alone and ask official support to investigate and repair it?
