I download the installer '' CSP_11013w_setup '' I give it a clip to open and I get a window that says that if I want the application to make changes to my device, I say yes and nothing from there, nothing opens, I will review the tasks that are happening and nothing, I have tried several methods and not one works for me, I hope they can help me
