I can't open 3D poses with MODELER

At CLIP STUDIO MODELER
I can't open any of the 3D pose material.
Even if I drag and drop it, a stop mark appears and I can't open it.
How can I open it?

3D material characters, accessories and backgrounds can be opened.
I can't even open the body shape of 3D material.
In addition, cartoon materials and image materials cannot be opened.

The gear mark on the upper right of CLIP STUDIO → Even if I perform the following in the maintenance menu and restart the PC, it does not open.
Reconstruction of material database
Rebuilding the material folder
Initialization of recollection material

The version of CLIP STUDIO is 1.11.4.
The PC used is Toshiba dynabook LAPTOP-V6AHVD1S,
windows 10 Home version 2004.

Drawing figures are fine in CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
Modeler is impossible.

Can you show me a screenshot of the entire CLIP STUDIO PAINT if possible?
You can hide where you want to hide.

Maybe that's something you'll notice.

Copy the layer palette and the 3D material palette you are about to drop.

It may be difficult to understand because the cursor does not appear for some reason, but I will put an animated version on it.
Just create a new canvas from File> and drop the drawing doll. The pose will also be made into a drawing doll, so it's the same.
