Clip Studio Not Working

I'm having a strange problem trying to open Clip Studio/CSP. I cannot get CS to open, but I can get CSP to open. However, in CSP, I can not open files or create a new canvas. I have tried reinstalling the program multiple times, I'm not sure what to do.
