duel license purchased on iPad doesn't show up for Mac

I bought a duel license for clip studio paint ex pro on the iPad Pro. The license seems to be working on my iPad I can see the valid subscription on my iPad it says it expires nov 2023 a year from now. I am trying to get the duel license to work on my Mac too but no matter what I do the license never shows up. the only thing available is enter the serial number or enter the activation code both which I never got. I paid for a duel license and its pretty useless because its only working on my iPad.

1 year agoI went back on my iPad and if I try and look at the license it says no license. however if I choose change plan it shows the duel license 1 year option pro subscription active. If I then choose restore purchases I get a message restore sucessful. license verified click to start. I click that and the app loads. if I then click check app license it says no license again. The app works but if I log in online at clip studio paint.com there is no license listed there. if I check my apple subscriptions the plan is active until November 2023.

1 year agoThe CLIP STUDIO account you were logged into at the time of purchase may be different from the CLIP STUDIO account you are currently logged into.
The subscription contract is linked to the CLIP STUDIO account that was logged in at the time of purchase, and when executing license authentication, it is necessary to log in with the CLIP STUDIO account that is linked to the contract.
