App keeps freezing

Every time I draw a line, the entire program freezes. And then when I press the undo button, the screen goes black for a few seconds before starting up again. And then it just keeps repeating. I know it's not my internet connection, since every other app on my pc works just fine. Is there a way to fix this issue?
