Where do you enter the serial number?

I bought and downloaded clip studio pro. I have my serial number but when I click on Paint at the top left of the clip studio window, a window shows that I have no internet connection and gives me two bubble options to verify. I have tried this on two different internet connections. Once I click the offline method it goes straight to the 11 space verification. What do I do?

    Hello.
Another means is a means of sending eleven codes from a cell phone (smartphone) to acquire a license when the PC is off line.
I am not sure because I never gotten a license (authentication) from a mobile phone.

Yes I see that as an option but I am connected to the internet. Im not sure why it is saying otherwise. I believe somthing isn't connecting to the verification server and I don't think the issue is on my end. I am also using a surface pro 3 if that has anything to do with it.

    As usual
The meaning of being asked for 11 code inputs in the question would mean excess license.
(There seems to be a dialog similar to the trial version in some cases)

When that dialog appears, leave that dialogue as it is
It takes time and effort to fly to the web page shown below, but 11 codes
Enter one pair at a time by copy & paste.
If the operation is correct, the license authentication is canceled
You can re-license each PC again, but the limit is two.

I have tried the 11 codes on the license verification website multiple times and it says that it is not valid.

If you do not accept eleven codes
Please contact support for the validity of the serial number you have.

I figured it out. I had to open the program without verifying it (trial version) then attempt to save a file which gave me a prompt to verify with my serial key. I have never seen that before when verifying software. Usually you do it before opening anything. I just had to poke around a bit more, but still "what a nightmare."
