กด อัพเกรดวอร์ชั่น แล้ว ก็อป serial number แล้วกด Authentication ไม่เกิดอะไรขึ้นเลย?

จะ อัฟเกรด จาก Clip Studio Paint PRO Ver.1.x เป็น 2.0 ไม่ได้ กด อัพเกรดวอร์ชั่น แล้ว ก็อป serial number แล้วกด Authentication ไม่เกิดอะไรขึ้นเลย? ค้างอยู่ที่หน้า ให้กรอด serial number ไปต่อไม่ได้ ไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้นเลย มันบอกว่า The serial number is already in use. Enter a different serial number มันก็ต้อง use อยู่แล้วไม่ใช่หรอครับเพราะมันคือการ อัฟเกรดจากเก่าไปใหม่ เราก็ใช่อันเก่าที่เป็น เวอร์ชั่น 1.x อยู่แล้วนิ หรือว่าเวอร์ชั่น 1.x มันอัฟเกรดไม่ได้แล้วหรอ?

3 months agoIf the message "Serial number is already in use" appears, it is likely that the error during input cannot be resolved.
