How can I change the PRO update pass to EX update pass?

I have a Clip Studio Paint Ver.1 and have PRO update pass plan for 1 year (Expires April 17, 2024.)
And now I want to change to EX update pass plan, but I can't buy it.

1 month agoAn Update Pass boosts an existing perpetual license, giving it access to the most recent version available. If you have v1 Pro, you can get v3 Pro (or v1 EX to v3 EX). You can't change grades of program (Pro or EX) with an Update Pass. You have to own that license first.
