I can't look at it objectively, so please point out anything strange.

I feel like there's something strange about the proportions...? Is the proportions of the standing image strange (is she dwarfed or has a big head?)

I think her waist is too thin, but I think that's one of my "characteristics" (is it still strange?)

Does it give off the gentle vibe of a woman in her early 20s?

Also, I feel like the way she crosses her legs is unnatural, but I can't look at it objectively, so please point out what's strange about it. (I hope there's no particular problem...)

It's a monochrome illustration (I don't have any plans to color it at the moment), so please give me some advice if there's anything strange.

I think having a slim waist is a good thing!
There are illustrators out there who draw slim figures, so be confident (*^^*)
There may be some points where you think it's not like that, but I hope you'll take a look at the before and after at the end.

Might be my personal preference, but children with adult bodies are just eerie. She looks like 10 years old, but the chest is that of an adult. The head is too big if she is to be an adult.

She is supposed to do curtsy right? But something about her feet make her look like she is floating instead of curtsy. Maybe add some bending to it, like she is standing on a solid surface. Also the entire body looks about to fall to the right. The feet are outside gravitation center making the pose unstable.

The hands look too big compared to her delicate lower arm length. With ker fingers stretched they would be the same size as a lower arm, which is the standard size of feet. The wrist bending point oe left hand is too high making the arm bend in a strange way, like it has been broken and soft like a noodle. don't let it curve too much and give it some straight lines before bend point.

Right lower arm should curve downwards, not upwards. Same for the left, but the elbow should be more pronounced given the whole rotation. Now it looks like someone bit out a piece of it. Try moving the bend part higher. Look at the mirror and you should see how the elbow starts to peak out sharper as the arm rotates.

If you extract the body shape as clearly as you can see, you can see the sense of instability.
I roughly placed the waist and knees, but judging from the legs sticking out, I think it's about right.
I think the artist probably drew it based on impression without sketching the body.
I tried to recreate the body shape with a drawing doll. I think the picture has a surprisingly tasteful feel, but I think this is one of the reasons why it feels more unstable.
In this kind of picture, a pose with a neat drawing does not necessarily make a good picture, but I think the sense of instability that comes from an unclear pose is clearly a negative factor.
In conclusion, even if you maintain the style, draw a human body with a certain degree of consistency.
Make sure to properly decide the pose even for parts hidden by clothes. If you are not careful with the parts with joints, it can be ruined.
Decide in advance whether to express the toes with deformation or whether they are properly on the ground. If you want to draw them properly, if the design of the shoes is careless, the whole picture will give a careless impression. This is especially true for illustrations with elaborate clothes.
Make sure the gaze is firmly directed at one point. If the viewpoint isn't fixed, the character won't be fixed either.

Maybe I was a bit harsh.
If you can draw this much of this tedious decoration, then I'm sure you'll improve a lot if you can do what's being said here, so I think you should just be patient and carefully practice each step.
