Hello, thank you for your help.

I want to copy various illustrations and photos using inspirational copying, but I can't draw them well.

The teacher in the video says that it's not necessary to draw them well, but I still want to draw them well.

There is something called grid copying, but it seems that it doesn't improve your drawing skills.

I want to copy them well using inspirational copying and feel that my drawing skills have improved, but how can I do that?

I draw various shapes such as trapezoids, cones, cylinders, circles, triangles, and squares in my inspirational copying, even on flat surfaces.

I would appreciate any answers or advice.

Excuse me. Before I tell you, it is against the rules to upload images that you do not own the rights to on Ask, so if you upload them, your questions and answers (in this case, the answers) will be deleted, so be careful. It seems to be OK to quote an image by pasting a link to it and saying, "This is the image." https://www.celsys.com/information/post/ I don't have much advice to give to others with my own drawings, but I put the materials on a layer instead of placing them in a subview, and draw them next to each other. It's okay to draw very roughly, so just draw a picture with few lines and fill it in, then create a new layer on top and fix the bad parts with red pen yourself. Combine the corrected parts and then add red pen again to create a color rough, which will allow you to draw quickly.

Did you take the photo you posted? Also, have you got permission from the subject to post it online?
ASK has a rule that states, "The content posted must be of which the poster holds the copyright or other intellectual property rights."
Even if the image is license-free and freely reprintable, it is prohibited to post anything that the poster does not hold the copyright or other intellectual property rights to.
If the rule is violated, select "This is a problematic question" from the "..." menu and request the deletion.
If it is a rough sketch based on a photo, the shoulder height is not correct and the angle of the torso is also different.

Thank you both for your advice.
I didn't really understand the citation thing, so I uploaded it.
I've reported it, so it's fine, sorry!

I don't really know how to draw with shapes, but I drew the rough sketch in the center like this (Galaxy S6 lite, infinite painter7)

    > I want to copy inspiration and feel like my drawing skills have improved

I wasn't sure if this method would improve my drawing skills. Have you stopped using the box outlines and landmarks that you used to do?

This post seems to be deleted, so I think it would be better to ask the question again.

    Thank you for your advice.
No, I say it by drawing it with boxes and landmarks.
I draw it when necessary, but I'm still not very good at it.
Even if I understand how to draw it, I don't think I'm sure I understand where to use it.
