3 years ago・Up to "blender 2.79", you can read skp data by introducing "import-Export: SketchUp" add-on.
However, I think it is good to save SketchUp skp data in a format of version 8 or lower.
Recent SketchUp versions cannot be loaded.
For blender 2.8 and later versions, you may be able to read in ".dae" format as well.
Currently, adder of "import-Export: SketchUp" is not yet supported in blender2.8 and later versions.
・Output blender as obj
Make it so that the surface of the 3D mesh is on the outside.
Make adjustments so that the back side is not on the outside.
It is possible to display the back side with "CLIP STUDIO PAINT" by the following method.
"Sub Tool Detail"> "Preference"> "Rendering settings"> "Back face culling"
Uncheck the "Back face culling" check box.
Put the texture and mtl file in the same folder as obj.
You will need to open the mtl file in text and add the texture information if it is not already there.
The last line is fine.
(Example)
map_Kd texture01.png
map_Kd texture02.jpg
-The obj file is displayed when dropped on the canvas of CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
-You can also read the obj file with "CLIP STUDIO MODELER" and turn it into a material.
・Learn how to add texture with blender on the website dedicated to blender.- Japanese
