I want to write the handwritten characters in any color, trim the edges with border effects, and then make the inside color semitransparent, but I don't know how. If anyone knows, please let me know.

You can easily do it in a pseudo manner.

    The layer structure is

・Duplicate BG (or "combining copies of display layers" with text hidden) (clipping to borderless text)
    ·letter
    ・Border effect characters
    ・BG

Characters are duplicated in layers and separated without border ants

Excuse me, in the figure above, the BG on the character side was misaligned.
    I will re-publish.
The layer structure is the same.

    I will draw another way.
Take a selection in the shape of letters, invert the selection and mask it. (Layer 1)
If you apply a border effect in that state, only the text part becomes transparent and the border is displayed as it is.
Make sure that the effect area is an image.

If you want to make it semi-transparent, erase the text with an eraser with reduced opacity, or erase it with a brush with reduced opacity.
(The sample is semi-transparent and the red color is transparent.)
