How do I reactivate the perspective ruler?

Okay, so I was using a 2-point perspective ruler. I created a new layer and used a special ruler for parallel lines.
Now I'm done with the parallel line ruler, but can't get anything to snap to the perspective ruler again. I deleted the parallel line ruler, but that didn't fix anything.
I have "snap to ruler" and "snap to special ruler" selected at the top.
Drawing on the layer with the perspective ruler does nothing, my lines don't snap towards the vanishing points.
Does anyone know how I get my lines snapping to the perspective rulers again?
