When rotating an illustration, I want to rotate only the illustration, but if I select a range and rotate it, it will rotate with the canvas ...
I want to rotate only the illustration without rotating the entire canvas, but I don't know how to do it.

If anyone knows, please let me know. Thank you.

Are you trying to rotate with two fingers of a touch gesture?
After tapping [Enlarge / Reduce / Rotate], you can use either a pen or a finger, so place the cursor at a distance from the handle (rotation frame) and move it to rotate. (It will be enlarged or reduced if it is on or near the handle)

As you said, you can tap "Enlarge / Reduce / Rotate" at the bottom of the screen to rotate it, but what I want to do is "Rotate only the illustration with the selected range".
For some reason, it rotates to the canvas along with the illustration ... I can do it normally with the PC version ... Isn't it implemented on Android?

When you make a selection, the "Selection Launcher" will be displayed in the lower part of the selection.
If you click "Transform" of the selection launcher displayed in the lower part
You should see a handle that rotates only the selected area
Below the navgator is the one that rotates the canvas
