I got my Gold membership in March, where are my monthly Clippy?

I got my Gold membership on 2021-03-07, and it says that I should get 1,500 Clippy by next month. It is now April and I have not gotten my Clippy. Why is that?

Also, since it is April, have I been automatically charged to renew my Gold membership?

As a side note, Gold members can withdraw Gold and grant Clippy one month after the contract date. In your case, it will be April 7th.
I don't know how CELSYS handles the time difference, so it may be delayed by one day.

Assuming you were registered as a GOLD member from March 7, 2021 to, for example, 14:35:33
The next GOLD withdrawal and CLIPPY grant will be on April 7, 2021 at 14:35:33.
