I will ask a question.
I purchased the packaged version of Clip Studio Paint EX.
To make a preferential price purchase for Tabmate
I'm typing in my serial number from My Page
No matter how many times I check for half-width alphabetic characters or incorrect input of 0 (zero) and O (o), "The serial number is incorrect" is displayed.
Can you tell me if there is any other cause?

I don't use tabmates so I don't know the details
Does it mean that the serial number confirmation item is on the tabmate purchase screen, but it does not pass?
Have you completed the serial registration of EX itself?
