Command Bar at the top of the computer not the wacom

I have a Wacom and have Clip Studio on it. However, I can't seem to get the command bar on the Wacom with the application. It stays at the top of my computer screen. What can I do?

2 years agoThe CLIP STUDIO PAINT Command Bar is displayed on the main display.
Open MAC System Preferences, and in Display Settings, under Placement,
Move only the menu bar (white bar) to the liquid tab side.
Then, the liquid tab side will be the main screen, and the command bar will be displayed on the liquid tab side.
