You can load a video by selecting [File]-[Import]-[Movie].
To play the video, select [Window]-[Timeline] to display the timeline palette.
If the timeline has not been created or is disabled, it cannot be played, so
Select [Animation]-[Timeline]-[Enable Timeline] or [New Timeline].
Set the frame rate and playback time according to the video.
Depending on the video format, it may not be read well, so
In that case, try converting it to a format that is easy to read.

Isn't the MP4 video you want to use displayed from CLIP STUDIO PAINT?
